After launching their new website, long standing client Ideal Catering wanted to increase enquiries for their main services by driving relevant traffic to their website and improving website conversion rates.
Ideal Catering's customers could be looking for a kitchen extraction system for a country pub, a new kitchen design and fit for a school, a complete restaurant redesign, or anything in-between. It was important for the website to put this message across, and make it clear to users how to make an enquiry, otherwise any traffic we drove to the website could be wasted.
Once this was in place, and tracking events set up to make it all measurable, we needed to drive relevant traffic to the website. Our research we identified search engines and paid search as the best channels and therefore should focus our work on search engine optimisation (SEO) and Google Ads PPC campaigns (PPC).
