Our redesign of the STAAH website made it quick and easy for their customers to use, which has resulted in a huge increase in conversions.

STAAH is a technology company who specialise in cloud based channel management, booking engine and website technology for accommodation providers.

Our brief was to redesign their website to make it clearer to potential customers what STAAH could offer them and encourage them to sign up for a demo.

In its first five months the site achieved:

The first stage was to devise an approach and key messages, we concluded that strong images, icons and limited text were the best approach for STAAH’s global audience. Based on a carefully developed content plan, wireframes were created and agreed with the client, before finally moving onto the visual design.

When redesigning the website, we had to make sure it reflected STAAH as a cutting edge brand. As well as a contemporary, responsive design, we developed branding for products to give them unique identities.

Once everything was finalised, it was handed over to STAAH’s team of in-house developers to build.

Clear calls to actions were implemented throughout the website to encourage people in the right direction. Building credibility was important for STAAH so a lot of emphasis was placed on listing well known partners, customers, and testimonials.
