Interface Enterprises
Interface Enterprises provide specialist training and support to organisations working with vulnerable people.
Their clients include local authorities, schools, healthcare organisations, charities and central government.
However, their website wasn’t engaging customers – people couldn’t find the right content so were leaving the website. And with over 50 training courses, they needed to provide a simple way for clients to find and book courses.
Impressed with our experience in designing successful B2B websites, Bigfork were appointed as the web agency to create a new website.

It all starts with ‘Discovery’
We know that an in-depth discovery phase is crucial to creating a successful B2B website, this is where our expertise really makes a difference.
Learning about Interface Enterprises products, who their customers are and why they buy from them, and how Interface can stand out from their competitors was essential.
Planning content, user journeys, website structure, and how to optimise the website for search engines was also a big part of this discovery work.

Designing for the customer
Interface Enterprises have a strong brand and are well known in their sector. Our job was to reinforce this in the design through strong messages, engaging imagery, and plenty of social proof.
A design challenge was to help customers search the range of over 50 courses. By developing course filters, a powerful site search, and optimising course pages, we successfully improved the whole user experience and conversions.

Getting results
The new website is proving a great success – engaging customers and delivering enquiries and bookings.
And it’s built on the Silverstripe CMS4 platform which gives the Interface team full control over their content, meaning they can always keep it up to date.

‘The website has received positive customer feedback. Moreover, the Bigfork team impressed us with their responsiveness, knowledge, sound recommendations, clear design approach, and great customer service.’
