Five key areas you'll learn about

In this webinar, Mark and Vicky discuss five key areas that contribute to a quality website. These are:

  • Conversion optimisation (CTAs, forms, data capture)
  • User experience (navigation, mobile, tools)
  • Reputation (case studies, testimonials, certifications)
  • Positioning & branding (differentiation, design)
  • Content (product pages, funnel coverage)

Quick findings

  • Only 5% of companies had effective data capture. With an average conversion rate of 2.2%, this means most companies are losing 98% of their potential customers.
  • Most content only targets people ready to buy, ignoring the 6-12 month research phase. Content should cover the whole funnel.
  • Zero sites had product interactive tools, despite technical buyers loving them.
  • All sites lacked credibility and reputation indicators like case studies and testimonials, even though 66% of buyers say they're critical.
