FAQs

How long does the FUSION process take?

Website projects take between 3-6 months to complete. With FUSION you get a full timeline showing how long each stage takes, sign offs and milestones so you know where you are at all times.

How involved are we in the FUSION process?

You are involved at every stage of the process. In Discovery there is a workshop and a website spec to be signed off. A Strategy workshop is held so we can find out about your brand assets. During design we'll show you wireframes, mood boards and page layout for your feedback and sign off. We'll also need your input on content and feedback on the draft build. A website project can take up more time than you may think, but FUSION reduces your time and makes it easier for you.

Can you work with our CRM and marketing automation?

Yes, we have experience of integrating websites with external systems like Hubspot and Salesforce. During the FUSION Discovery stage all these integrations are planned out, so we know exactly what systems you want to integrate and how we'll do it.

How do you protect SEO during a rebuild?

During the SEO stage in FUSION we map and redirect URLs, audit and maintain content, benchmark current SEO performance, maintain internal link structure, use a staging site for testing and submit the new site map to Google Search Console. You'll get a full SEO plan at the beginning of the website project.

Do you provide CMS training and support?

Yes we provide CMS training for all admins on your draft or finished website. This is normally online via Teams but can be face to face. After your website has gone live, we provide ongoing support for your CMS for anything you need.

How do you measure success after launch?

During the FUSION Discovery and Strategy stages we set up agreed measurable goals for your new website. Typically these include primary and secondary conversion rates, search traffic, time on site and pages viewed. For every website we create, we add GA4 and GSC to track all agreed goals. If you sign up for our Website Optimisation service then we track the performance of your website against these goals and then carry out work to improve them.

What if I want to add something extra during the project / process?

Because FUSION has a detailed planning phase your risk of scope creep is low. However FUSION has flexibility built in at various stages, where there is opportunity to add extra pages, make design changes and extra functionality. Our project manager will keep you updated of changes to the timeline and budget, that adding extra work to the project may incur.
