Are there any hidden costs?

If you need something outside of the retainer we'll simply quote you for the additional work and carry it out on approval.
Do my unused hours get rolled over?
Yes, within reason. For example if you have 10 hours per month, you may use 5 hours in one month and 15 in the next month. We review your hours every quarter to make sure the amount is still right for you.
What does your monthly reporting look like?
You'll receive a monthly progress report with performance data, clear explanations of what it means, and suggested next steps to achieve the KPIs for your website. We review the report together during your monthly call.
How transparent are you about what's being worked on each month?
