Find out how Bigfork achieved an overall increase of 274% in vehicle enquiries for Jubilee Mobility, with a 592% increase on mobile.

Reviewing the data

We started with a website audit to identify issues and opportunities.

Then, using heatmap and GA4 data, we reviewed how people were using the website.

Popular pages, where they clicked, how engaged they were.

We also looked at competitors and added our own website expertise to produce a report of our findings, and more importantly, actions that were needed including:

  • Restructuring the menu to focus on customer journeys.
  • Making the vehicle search easier to use.
  • Moving important information further up the pages, especially for mobile.
  • Adding stronger and clearer calls to action.
  • Addressing issues with people clicking on things they shouldn't.

We rolled out the update in June 2025, here’s the before and after:

  • Old Jubilee Home Page Design

  • New Jubilee Home Page Design

The results speak for themselves

By reducing friction and focusing on customers, we saw great results. Comparing year-on-year (2024-25 vs 2025-26) the conversion rates had leapt up.

+274% vehicle enquiries (overall)

+592% vehicle enquiries (mobile)

What next?

There’s always room for improvement.

When we conducted a follow-up audit, we discovered that a lot of people were using the “Value my part exchange” form to enquire about a vehicle, rather than the “Enquire about this vehicle” option.

Why did this matter?

This was problematic because vehicle enquiries are higher intent conversions than part exchange valuations, so it helps the sales team know what a customer really wants.

Looking at heat maps and recordings, we were able to pinpoint where users were getting lost. Two similar buttons that worked very differently (one going to a new page, the other showing a popup form) were creating confusion and drop-off.

In March 2026, we updated the vehicle pages to show the form rather than hide it behind a popup and add a clear option for people looking to part exchange.

  • Old Jubilee vehicle page

  • New Jubilee vehicle page

Since the update, 35% of people have ticked “I have a vehicle to part exchange” which are leads we might’ve otherwise lost.

We’re keeping an eye on this data and have started work on reviewing the “Value my part exchange” page to increase conversions further.

Because websites should never stand still.
