Snap-on Diagnostics is part of Snap-on Incorporated, a leading global innovator, manufacturer and marketer of tools, diagnostics and repair information.

Bigfork were appointed as the web developers to design their new parts ordering ecommerce website. The main goal was to make it easier for their customers to access spare and replacement components for their garage equipment.

We designed and built a new website with a refreshed look and improved navigation so customers can find the products they need faster than before.

Products are available for the company’s Sun, John Bean and Hofmann equipment, covering categories including wheel alignment, emissions analysers, air conditioning machines, brake testers, lifts, commercial diagnostics, tyre changers and wheel balancers.

Parts can be searched by product categories or by an intuitive search system, which lets users type in a name, part number or keywords to get to the part they need.

A built in 'coupon' system means that promotional offers and campaigns can be used on the website and adjusted according to the clients requirements.
