Our flexible, updatable site for Abel Homes made it easier for homebuyers to browse potential properties and generated loads of high-quality traffic.

Abel Homes are an independent firm who build modern, energy-efficient homes that appeal to a range of buyers.

They asked us to redesign their website to make it more user-friendly and boost enquiries, in time for the launch of a new development.

In its first five months, the site achieved:

Our design puts Abel’’s homes centre stage, allowing visitors to view properties’ locations and features quickly and easily. A search feature lets them filter homes by key attributes such as location, number of bedrooms and price. The entire site is mobile-friendly, a key benefit for busy househunters.

The site offers several ways for visitors to get in touch or learn more. They can request a callback, arrange a viewing, download a brochure or call the Abel sales team.

The site is built with SilverStripe, so the Abel team can update it themselves, adding, editing and removing property details whenever they need to.

The site was fully optimised for SEO. Once it was live, we drove relevant traffic to it via regular email campaigns and Facebook ads precision targeted at potential buyers (such as people over 55 in London and Essex).
