Arnolds Keys asked us to redesign their existing website. The key objectives were to promote the key strengths of the businesses within the group (sales, lettings, commercial and so on) and generate more online enquiries.
With this project, planning was everything. We held workshops with all the firm’s departments to establish the key messages each one needed to promote, and what content was essential.
Based on our findings, we created an initial content plan, then a set of wireframes and finally a design concept. On approval from the client, these were used to develop the actual site.
The new design combines bold imagery with Arnolds Keys’ distinctive branding for strong visual impact.
Our careful approach to structuring content means the site is easy to navigate for every customer group. As with all our sites, we put the focus firmly on driving new business, with powerful calls to action throughout.
Behind the scenes, the site runs on SilverStripe CMS, so the Arnolds Keys team can update it quickly and easily whenever they need to.
Property data is automatically drawn from various property software feeds. Google Analytics with conversion tracking makes it easy for Arnolds Keys to monitor performance and make informed decisions on how to develop the site in future.
